When I first joined Instacart, we didn’t even have a TikTok. So, I took the reigns as the unofficial “Gen Z intern” and scaled up our paid social influencer program from zero to viral.

I led the influencer strategy: built creator personas, identified new emerging subcultures, established best practices, and crafted content creation guidelines. Then, I worked closely with our content creator agencies to make sure each and every video (over 120 vids per year!) was scroll-stopping.
